Metrobank Loans Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Loans Operations Specialist to join our team at Metrobank. In this role, you will play a crucial part in meeting the bank's objective of efficiency in servicing all loan and trade transactions for IBS customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise between IBS customers and Operating units regarding all loans and trade transactions.
- Monitor maturities and follow up with clients on payment due for all loan and trade transactions, maintaining updated records of outstanding loans/trade and maturities.
- Assist in preparing transaction media for credit approvals.
- Verify document authenticity and completeness.
- Reconcile billing from telephone companies.
- Monitor outgoing facsimile messages and facilitate reimbursement claims/expenses.
- Ensure timely submission of BIR 2306 and 2307, zero A/Rs and A/Ps, and no Technical Past Dues.
- Dispatch outgoing transaction-related letters, documents, and requests, safekeep, and maintain account folders.
- Perform other related functions as assigned.

Estimated Salary: ₱25,000 - ₱40,000 per month, depending on location and experience.
