Global Marketing Manager - Carolina Herrera

The Opportunity

Puig is seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Carolina Herrera, a renowned luxury brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a global marketing plan that drives growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Plan Development:
    Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the brand's overall strategy. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  2. Brand Animation:
    Manage the global brand animation, ensuring consistency across all markets. Collaborate with local teams to develop and implement local promotional plans and launch strategies.
  3. Communication and Coordination:
    Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including markets, regions, and OMD. Ensure seamless communication and knowledge exchange across the organization.
  4. Insights and Best Practices:
    Produce regular reports on launch feedback and best practices, identifying opportunities for cross-regional fertilization and knowledge sharing.
  5. Operations and Analysis:
    Participate in SOP meetings to address market issues and ensure alignment with launch calendars. Collaborate with the supply team to ensure market needs are met.

Requirements:

Experience:
4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the luxury or cosmetics industry. Previous makeup experience is highly desirable.

Education:
Master's degree in Marketing or a related field, ideally with a focus on luxury management.

Languages:
Spanish and English.
