Academic Summer Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Academic Summer Coordinator to join our team at Colejobs. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our summer camp's academic programs.
About the RoleThe Academic Summer Coordinator will report to the Director of the summer camp and will work in partnership with the Activities Coordinator. The Academic Summer Coordinator may also report to King's College S.L. Camps and Activities Director.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prioritize, and organize tasks and activities related to the academic program.
- Develop, support, and manage teams of teachers and monitors.
- Demonstrate creativity and encourage innovation in teaching methods and materials.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Education or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in teaching or coordinating educational programs.
- Advanced or Proficiency in English (C1-C2) and Spanish (C1-C2).
The estimated salary for this role is around €25,000-€30,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
