Job Title: Industrialization SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Industrialization Specialist to join our team at Ficosa International, SA. As an industrialization specialist, you will be responsible for managing the industrialization of new models in production, ensuring quality, productivity, and cost goals are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial processes and excellent analytical skills. You will work closely with supervisors and other teams to ensure smooth project execution and provide technical solutions to problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze productivity of newly launched products and define actions to ensure correct launch.
- Provide supervisor with alternative technical solutions.
- Get guidelines from supervisor and apply them.
- Document technical requirements for manufacturing.
- Investigate rejects and identify product or process issues.
- Train repair technicians and supply tools/procedures.
- Evaluate changes in product and impact on process/product.
