Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that all quality-related activities are performed in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control systems and processes.
- Conduct design of experiments (DOEs) and testing to ensure product reliability and quality.
- Support verification and validation activities to ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process validation activities to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management system (QMS) procedures.
- Evaluate suppliers to ensure they meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Manage instrumentation and equipment used for inspections and verification activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, quality assurance).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance and reliability engineering.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification; Black Belt preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 or ISO 9001.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across sites and functions.
