Position Overview
This role focuses on prospecting, outreach, and client acquisition (new logos) within the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors. You'll leverage various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and inbound marketing, to generate leads and close sales in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Prospecting and Outreach
  2. Sales Cycle Management
  3. Achieve Sales Targets
  4. CRM Utilization
  5. Contract Negotiation
  6. Conference Representation

Qualifications:
Proven B2B sales experience (3-5 years), ideally in SaaS, Pharma, or Life Sciences. Strong client acquisition skills with a hunter mentality and a track record of success. Consistent achievement or surpassing of sales targets. Excellent self-management skills, thriving in a remote, fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Availability to work in US time zones. Knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical sales, or life sciences is essential. Quick adaptability and ability to learn on the go with minimal onboarding.
