Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Channel Manager to join our team in the aeronautic industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the aeronautic industry, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales channel strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration in the aeronautic industry for emergency and security missions globally.
- Identify and evaluate potential sales channel partners, including distributors, agents, and resellers, to expand the company's reach and customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, providing them with the necessary support, training, and resources to effectively sell the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust the sales channel strategy accordingly.
- Develop and implement sales programs, promotions, and incentives to motivate channel partners and drive sales growth.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- University degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced English skills are a must
- Knowledge of product sales strategies
