Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance
    • Evaluate and mitigate cybersecurity risks to ensure the organization's assets are protected.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations and standards, including ISO 27001 and NIS2 Directive.
  • Network and Systems Security Monitoring
    • Monitor IT infrastructure for threats and vulnerabilities to identify potential security breaches.
    • Implement security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and malware detection systems, to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Security Planning and Strategy
    • Develop and update security policies and procedures to ensure the organization's security posture is aligned with industry best practices.
    • Define the organization's long-term security strategy to ensure the protection of its assets and reputation.
  • Security Incident Response
    • Coordinate and monitor the response to security incidents, such as cyberattacks or data breaches, to minimize their impact and restore normalcy as soon as possible.
    • Investigate security incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
  • Education and Awareness
    • Train staff in secure IT practices and raise awareness of the importance of security to foster a culture of safety throughout the organization.
    • Develop and implement security awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices and procedures.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments
    • Work with development, operations, and other teams to integrate security into business processes and ensure the organization's security posture is aligned with its business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the legal team on privacy and compliance issues to ensure the organization's security policies and procedures are aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the security team to ensure the organization's security posture is aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage and oversee the implementation of security policies and procedures to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate security risks and incidents to senior management and the board of directors to ensure they are informed and aligned with the organization's security posture.
    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and industry associations, to ensure the organization's security posture is aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior security management role.
  • Demonstrable track record of developing and implementing security strategies and frameworks.
  • Excellent knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to infrastructure security in an organization.
  • Knowledge and experience of the ETSI technical standards applicable to Trust Service Providers according to the eIDAS regulation.
  • Knowledge on requirements of the National Security Scheme, ISO standards related to information security, and the NIS2 Directive.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
  • Proficiency in English and French is required.
