Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join our human resources team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and analyzing reports using various HR programs, performing a range of human resources tasks in support of recruitment and selection, and working closely with other areas of the human resources department.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and analyze reports using HR programs such as SuccessFactors, SAP, and Excel.
- Perform human resources tasks in support of recruitment and selection, including onboarding new hires.
- Work collaboratively with other areas of the human resources department to achieve team goals.
- Ensure deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma with a focus on human resources or business.
- A minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.
- Comfortable working with and maintaining confidential documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP, Success Factors, and WorkForce Solutions.
- Experience in Human Resources.
