Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office. As a key member of our Business Intelligence function, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of business partnering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project management activities related to Data & Analytics, including content preparation and follow-up activities.
- Report implementation - Create and maintain required BI reports and dashboards; work with the BI team to improve data quality & automatization; prototype new reports and BI solutions.
- Support the BI Business Partner in their duties and ad-hoc analysis.
- Provide coaching and training for end-users regarding the BI tools.
Requirements
- Knowledge about project management procedures and best practices.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Analytics background. Knowledge of database concepts and relational databases (e.g. MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, ClickHouse) and data exploitation techniques.
- Experience of developing reports in SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC), Power BI, AFO and/or Analysis for Excel.
- Working knowledge of Alteryx and/or Power Automate is a strong advantage.
- Ability to deliver tactical solutions while managing different issues.
- Organized & effective - take a well-ordered, structured approach in task management.
- Strong influencing and communication skills.
- Critical thinker - ability to understand the logical connections between ideas, identify, construct and evaluate arguments.
- Think strategically - foresee and take action to deal with problems and opportunities.
- Change Management - be an advocate for positive change and improvements.
- Motivated individual able to take projects from development to deployment.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all teams to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency.
- Communicates openly and clearly both verbally and in writing and pitches information at the appropriate level.
- English proficiency. Spanish fluency is an advantage.
