Luxe Talent International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Recruiter German Speaker for Luxury and Retail to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our clients in the luxury and retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates using various databases, social media, and other recruitment tools.
- Develop and maintain a network of qualified passive candidates in the luxury and retail sector.
- Conduct pre-screening, phone, face-to-face, and Skype interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Administer recruiting databases and record keeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Produce and analyze recruiting reports and market mapping to inform recruitment strategies.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships to drive recruitment success.
Requirements:
- Mother tongue or fluent in German.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (minimum 2 years) in the luxury and retail sector.
- Familiarity with HR databases and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish will be considered a strong plus.
