We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Associate / Senior Associate to support the execution of capital raising mandates.

You will work closely with senior team members to manage client relationships, coordinate due diligence processes, and prepare marketing materials.

Key requirements include:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a relevant field such as Private Placement Agent, Investment Banking (MA, ECM), Investor Relations within a General Partner (GP), Transaction Services (Big 4), or Strategy Consulting (Private Equity).
  • Strong understanding of the English investment ecosystem.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing complex processes.
  • High proficiency in financial modeling, presentation preparation, and client communication.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
