**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join our Legal team at Ipc Systems. As a key member of our in-house counsel team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate, draft, and advise on commercial agreements, including customer and vendor agreements, to support our business growth and expansion.
- Provide guidance on commercial legal issues and risk mitigation to our sales, procurement, product management, operations, and finance teams.
- Manage a wide range of in-house responsibilities, including company secretarial functions, with support from external counsel as needed.
- Negotiate, draft, and advise on other agreements, including distributor agreements, intercompany agreements, and leases.
- 5+ years of post-qualified experience as a European or US-qualified lawyer.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with commercial technology contracts and financial technology would be beneficial.
- Bright, high-energy, and committed to acting with the highest ethical standards.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Committed to contributing to a culture of high performance.
- Ability to develop practical solutions to complex problems.
