Role Overview

Centauro Rent a Car - Alquiler de coches is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Rental Agent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookings and rental contracts, providing advice on extra products, handling invoicing and payment, and performing vehicle check-ins and check-outs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our national and international clients
  • Managing bookings and rental contracts
  • Offering advice on extra products to customers
  • Handling invoicing and payment
  • Performing vehicle check-ins and check-outs
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of customer service and sales experience
  • An advanced level of English language proficiency
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday (5 days per week)
  • A valid driving license
