Role Summary
As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer queries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media and strive for first-contact resolution. You will work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Offer an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
- Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a fluent level of Danish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills. Additionally, you should have a high level of English (both written and spoken). You must also possess a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, be able to deal with sensitive calls with empathy, and have strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Benefits
This role offers a temporary contract with a one-month probation period. The working hours are 20 hours per week, and the salary is €8,993 gross per year. You will also receive top performance incentives, 24 calendar holidays per year, paid bank holidays, and one extra day in lieu. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work from home four days a month and participate in best-in-class people engagement activities and programs, ongoing training and development, and an Employee Assistance Program.
About the Role
This is a part-time role, working 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. You will also receive two weeks of full-time training based in the office in Barcelona (La Sagrera).
