About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a critical member of our design team, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a robust design system that is scalable and maintainable.
  • Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
  • Identify usability gaps and propose innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business and user goals.
  • Design experiences that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong brand design sensibility and experience with packaging, visual layouts, and creative tooling.
  • Experience in e-commerce or subscription-based products.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and conversion optimization.
