We are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead market entry and growth in the Spanish pharmaceutical landscape.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial operations, establishing company presence, and developing country-level sales and marketing expansion strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Market Analysis and Business Development: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, procurement groups, and regulatory authorities.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a local commercial sales team to execute sales strategies and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Sales leader in the pharmaceutical industry, experience within the oncology and/or auto-immunity therapeutic areas, and native/fluent Spanish language skills.
