About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a **Global Advertising Program Manager**. As a key member of our Large Growth Advertising team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Execution: Build and scale programs that eliminate barriers to Advertiser success and help grow their business.
  • Team Leadership: Coach ad success specialists to develop advertising solutions that will deliver high impact, define metrics to help improve advertising solutions, and provide insights to Sales teams.
  • Business Planning and Analysis: Prepare weekly/quarterly reviews and business documents, set stretch goals and deliver against them on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Talent Development: Hire, groom, and grow team members.
About the Team

Our Advertiser Success Team is a global organization with functional expertise in campaign optimization, Account management, Market analysis, and Program management. We work closely with Advertisers, Account Managers, Account Executives, and Product Program Managers to champion the voice of customers in the organization and influence product roadmap to enhance customer experience and help them improve their business through advertising.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3+ years of strategic client services role working with Fortune 100 brands, experience with digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media analytics.
  • Skills: Analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers, influencing internal and external stakeholders, experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster, or Salesforce.
