Job Overview

This role is part of our Sales Business team, focusing on generating new business opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts and account research. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting opportunities
  • Nurture early-stage opportunities and manage inbound leads driven by outbound efforts
  • Partner with core sellers to identify and source net new pipeline and assist in researching lines of business and personas
  • Align with internal account teams and identify key decision-makers within new accounts

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish languages
  • Experience in business development, sales, or related fields
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple parts of the organization
  • Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment
