Job Title: Grid Code Compliance Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Grid Code Compliance Engineer to join our team at Nordex Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our wind turbines comply with the latest grid code requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of grid code requirements and their impact on our wind turbines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the latest grid code standards.
  • Design and implement test plans to validate grid code compliance.
  • Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain software tools to support grid code compliance.
  • Provide technical expertise to internal stakeholders on grid code requirements and compliance.

Your Profile:

  • M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or similar.
  • Experience with grid code requirements and compliance.
  • Programming experience in Python or similar.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent English spoken and written. Spanish and/or German is a plus.
