This position involves leading contract reviews and negotiations across all non-technical third-party spend categories to ensure favorable business terms, including cost reduction and process improvements. You will also be responsible for handling market research, data management, cost modeling, RFx coordination, supplier communications, negotiations, contracting, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead contract reviews and negotiations to secure favorable business terms
  • Manage spending projects with goals like savings, process efficiency, supplier consolidation, risk management, and expense transparency
  • Conduct cost evaluations, supply-market research, pricing audits, and impact analysis to drive cost improvements
  • Oversee vendor integration for acquisitions, coordinating cross-functionally and at all organizational levels
  • Support Third-Party Risk Management by managing vendor risk assessments and setting expectations
Your Mission:

You will work closely with our Global Source-to-Pay team to develop our Strategic Sourcing function, ensuring that our internal teams have the products, tools, and services they need to succeed. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a field with an analytical focus (Business, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong quantitative skills for problem-solving and negotiation
