Key Account Manager & Project Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Key Account Manager & Project Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing global and local marketing, omnichannel, and communication projects and accounts in the Consumer Healthcare, Food & Nutrition, and Pharma sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, multi-country healthcare marketing and omnichannel communication projects across the CHC, Pharma, and Nutrition sectors.
  • Ensure all projects align with client goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including scientific, regulatory, creative, and strategy experts.
  • Oversee global, regional, and local workflows to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide proactive strategic direction and project leadership to clients.

Key Account Management:

Manage and expand relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Candidate Profile:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Management.
  • A background in science (Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Veterinary, etc.) is highly valued.
  • 5-8 years' experience in Consumer Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Nutrition, or Wellness sectors.
  • Experience working with healthcare brands, either in-house or in marketing/communications agencies.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Commercial Acumen – Deep understanding of business dynamics and revenue growth in healthcare.
  • Client Relationship Leadership – Trusted partner to clients; focused on delivery, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Omnichannel Marketing Expertise – Proven success in campaigns targeting HCPs, pharmacists, and B2B stakeholders.
  • Communication Excellence – Outstanding storytelling, presentation, and proposal-writing skills; fluency in English required; Spanish, French, Italian, or German a plus.
  • Project Agility – Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage multiple complex projects across markets.
