Job Title: Python Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full-Stack Developer to join our team at Ideematec Inc. in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Tracker Simulation department, you will work closely with our Team leader Automatization and Digitalization to develop end-to-end software applications for solar tracker simulation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop robust Front-End (GUI) and Back-End systems using Python and Qt framework
  • Migrate existing engineering tools to a fully Python-based desktop application
  • Create database schemas that support business processes
  • Maintain and update existing databases
  • Document software solutions and processes
  • Create user manuals
Requirements:
  • Strong skills in Python, with a proven experience of at least 3+ years
  • Proficiency in Qt framework for building GUIs
  • Experience with database systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Competences:
  • Experience with C++ language
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Good knowledge of mechanical engineering
  • Previous experience in the solar sector
