Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Product Enablement Manager to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As a Digital Product Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for managing tool requests from various engineering teams and driving the tool selection process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tool requests from engineering teams and drive the tool selection process
  • Collaborate with IT and QA to conduct compliance assessments
  • Negotiate agreements with Procurement and Legal departments
  • Manage vendor relationships and pricing negotiations
  • Ensure proper handling of user management, training, and documentation
  • Set up KPIs and track operational metrics of usage, licenses, and availability
  • Manage overall tools costs and identify chargeback models
  • Actively manage vendors and tools lifecycle and governance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a service organization
  • 5+ years of technical experience in IT organizations
  • Strong customer and service management focus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong focus on pragmatism while attention to detail and process
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional teamwork
