Job Overview

The Marketing Program Manager (MPM) plays a pivotal role in planning, designing, and implementing all marketing programs with primary support for the ACG business. Focusing on Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), this position develops regional EMEA marketing programs and implements global assigned marketing strategies.

This role requires strong analytical skills to develop business cases, select program tactics, and report success to the EMEA-global organization. Collaboration with the global MPM team, Marcom team-WW product management, and Sales Leadership Team is essential for governing outbound aspects of regional new product launches and managing services and support portfolios throughout the entire product life cycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for a strong pipeline to drive orders growth in EMEA
  • Designs effective regional marketing programs and drives the global assigned marketing strategy
  • Drives insights from data analytics to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Measures and evaluates impacts of owned marketing programs. Implements corrective actions to ensure delivery of targeted results-objectives
  • Works with the respective Sales channels to monitor and analyze competitive information and customer data to facilitate effective program development and drive activities to drive higher volume and quality of funnel
  • Serves together with the sales managers as single point of contact for the sales channels for WW Business Unit requests and reciprocally provides the field perspective to the WW Business Unit
