About the Position

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving commercial growth through strategic sales planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership, with expertise in negotiating commercial proposals, developing pricing strategies, and managing cross-functional teams.

Main Duties:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve ambitious commercial targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Collaborate with management to drive business growth through innovation and expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably MBA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector.

Competitive Salary Package: €150,000 - €220,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
