**Objetivos y Responsabilidades**

En dependencia directa del Director de la BU, su misión principal será la de dirigir el Departamento de Marketing y establecer las políticas estratégicas del área. Sus principales funciones serán:

  • Crear, definir e implementar el Plan de Marketing de la compañía a nivel Iberia, asegurando su compatibilidad y sinergia con la estrategia del grupo.
  • Definir e implementar la estrategia de marketing para el portfolio de productos y/o servicios de la compañía.
  • Elaborar, controlar y gestionar el presupuesto del departamento garantizando la optimización del mismo.
  • Gestión del equipo bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Realización y gestión del Plan de Marketing anual.
  • Medir y analizar la rentabilidad de las acciones de marketing realizadas.
  • Coordinar su actividad con otros departamentos de la compañía.
  • Cumplir los objetivos cualitativos y cuantitativos asignados.
  • Diseño, lanzamiento y seguimiento de acciones de Comunicación con agencias, medios, online y eventos.

**Requisitos**

El perfil que estamos buscando corresponde a un/a profesional que tenga formación universitaria en Licenciatura en ADE o similar idealmente complementada con MBA o Master. Debe aportar experiencia demostrable mínima de 10 años en el área de marketing en el sector del gran consumo. Se valorará haber pasado por áreas de Trade, Ventas o similar.
