The Challenge

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join our Global Source-to-Pay team. This role will maximize value from our vendor relationships, ensuring our internal teams have the products, tools, and services they need for success.

Your Mission

">

This position plays a vital role in developing our Strategic Sourcing function, focusing on contract reviews, negotiations, market research, data management, cost modeling, and supplier communications. Key objectives include:

  • ">
  • Leading contract reviews and negotiations across all non-tech 3rd party spend categories to secure favorable business terms, including cost reduction and process improvements.">
  • Managing spending projects with goals such as savings, process efficiency, supplier consolidation, risk management, and expense transparency.">
  • Conducting cost evaluations, supply-market research, pricing audits, and impact analysis to drive cost improvements.">
  • Monitoring and enhancing supplier performance against SLAs and quality metrics.">
  • Overseeing vendor integration for acquisitions, coordinating cross-functionally and at all organizational levels.">
  • Supporting TPRM team in managing vendor risk assessments and setting expectations.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering, preferably with an analytical focus.">
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related field.">
  • Strong quantitative skills, proficiency in data analysis, and ability to develop and execute negotiation strategies.">
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience in fact-based analyses that aid problem-solving, proposals, and negotiations.">
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer-focused skills.">
  • Process-oriented, able to create playbooks and frameworks for due diligence.">
