Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Brand Ambassador to join our team at Puig. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with expertise in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury sector to represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a unique and unforgettable shopping experience for customers, achieving established Sell Out objectives, monitoring KPIs, and other indicators, as well as store traffic metrics. They will also promote cross-selling and upselling, striving to exceed objectives while maintaining the highest quality of sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge of all products in the assigned range and stay updated at all times.
  • Narrate the stories and values of each of our brands, staying informed about our industry and competition.
  • Ensure customer loyalty by collecting their information through appropriate tools and building long-term relationships.
  • Participate in regular store meetings and contribute to implementing winning action plans.
  • Manage special events, including collection launches, customer events, counter/store animations, podiums, sales events, and center events.
  • Ensure the point of sale expresses the excellence of our brands in a sublime way, constantly displaying products according to company standards and pointing out necessary corrections to increase sales.
  • Proactively participate in product category stock processes to maximize sales (merchandise receipt, inventories, warehouse, orders, etc.).
Requirements
  • Possess significant experience in selling fragrance, makeup, or luxury/niche brands.
  • Have experience as a makeup specialist.
  • Enjoy sales and have a customer-centric approach, establishing lasting and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Be open, ambitious, dynamic, and proactive.
  • Flexibility in working hours and tasks is a strength.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
