What You'll Do in This Role

  • You'll participate in defining objectives aimed at transforming work methods in MAPFRE and implementing them, developing action plans for continuous process improvement to maximize quantitative and qualitative results, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • You'll research innovative practices related to remote work, flexibility, dynamic organizational structures, virtual collaboration, Agile methodologies, and digital tools.
  • You'll define processes and activities to ensure a smooth transition to new work methods and the effective adoption of digital systems. You'll develop technical documentation and reports to facilitate data analysis for project improvement in the department and facilitate their adoption in MAPFRE and various countries where we have a presence.
  • You'll establish guidelines for action, policies, and governance of platforms, performing necessary monitoring and control tasks, as well as verifying their transmission, to ensure homogenization.
  • You'll control execution, monitoring management indicators to ensure the achievement of established objectives, reaching the desired quality level, detecting and correcting deviations through the development of improvement plans.
  • You'll maintain and promote an optimal relationship with countries and external providers, ensuring coordination, advice, and resolution to achieve established objectives in terms of profitability, quality, and service, as well as participating in forums and events to learn about practices from other entities.

What We're Looking for

  • Education: University degree in Engineering, ADE, or related field. Experience: At least 6 years in functions related to digital transformation and implementation of HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge in: Work methods (frameworks) of Human Resources, systems, processes, and policies oriented towards digital transformation. Agile methodologies, dynamic structures, and processes. Human Resources Digital Transformation, Digital Workplace Analysis, and Data Interpretation. Tools like SuccessFactors, SAP, or similar. Productivity tools like Microsoft Office 365 and similar. We value positively knowledge in Microsoft VIVA and SAP SuccessFactors, especially functional knowledge of tools. We value positively knowledge in Computer Science.
  • English: C1 (Advanced) – Essential requirement for this position, both in spoken and written form.
