We're looking for a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Specialist.
Main Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its features and functionality. They will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow platform within various modules and APIs, developing and customizing applications, managing incidents and requests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance issues, conducting code reviews, implementing security policies, documenting processes and technical solutions, driving innovative mission solutions, and facilitating workshops for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles, proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript, web technologies like HTML and XML, and ServiceNow APIs. You should also have experience with ServiceNow modules, Citizen development, and development tools like Flow Designer, Studio IDE, and Update Sets. Additionally, you'll need a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices, as well as experience with Service Portal design and development, custom application development, and integrations with third-party applications. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is also essential. Analytical mindset, customer orientation, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a multi-discipline team are must-haves.
