About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Partner to join our team at Amazon. As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on how to achieve their goals using AWS services.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in two or more technical domains such as system administration, networking, programming, dev ops, security, compute, storage, databases, big data, analytics, etc. Professional experience with AWS and/or other cloud offerings such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform etc. is also desirable.

In this exciting role, you will build solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer. You will ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity. You will develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges. With a bias for action, you will proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect, Service Delivery Manager etc.
  • Expertise in two or more technical domains (e.g. System administration, networking, programming, dev ops, security, compute, storage, databases, big data, analytics, etc.)
  • Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences.
