Tareas

You will work directly with CEOs and their teams, guiding them into a flawless execution plan. In this role, you will be a provider of actionable solutions that deliver results at the highest levels.

Requisitos

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer Consultant who thrives in high-pressure environments and has a background from hands-on, complex problem-solving roles such as process engineering, operations management, manufacturing, or similar.

You should have:

  • A proven track record of implementing large-scale process improvements in tough industrial environments.
  • Exceptional communication abilities; able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to skeptical audiences.
  • You're a systemic thinker who values rigorous processes over buzzwords and quick fixes.
  • You're comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing for meaningful change in the face of resistance.
  • You maintain composure and effectiveness when facing tough stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in high-accountability and fast-paced environments (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, industrial operations, process improvement).

Consulting experience is not needed, but experience delivering results and real impact is.

A heart for teamwork, collective mindset, and someone who prioritizes the 'we' over the 'me'.

Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory:

You will interact with native and bilingual executives in a professional environment. French and German will be highly valued.

You are based in Spain or you will be in a short time.

This is Not a Role for:

Individuals who prefer theoretical frameworks over practical application.

Those who rely on "fluffy" methods like endless workshops and post-it note exercises.
