About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Analytics & UX Expert to lead and manage digitalization efforts for sales and service operations. In this role, you will implement tracking mechanisms, manage Google Analytics accounts, and define tracking concepts for all implemented applications.

  • Implement tracking, including but not limited to tag coordination via Google Tag Manager and tracking parameter implementation.
  • Manage and configure Google Analytics accounts.
  • Define a tracking concept for all implemented applications (dealer, fleet, internal) based on key performance indicators.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to understand visitor behavior and provide recommendations enabling decision-makers to make strategic decisions.
  • Deliver reports and build dashboards based on key figures to support stakeholders in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing digitalization efforts for sales and service operations.
  • Tracking concepts, reporting, analyzing, and leading performance to optimize all applications implemented.
  • Planning and realizing usability measures and developing user interfaces for respective applications.
  • Implementing tracking mechanisms, managing Google Analytics accounts, and defining tracking concepts for all implemented applications.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in eBusiness, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in eBusiness, Marketing, IT, or Application Key User.
  • Broad analytics experience is essential.
  • Initial UX work is a plus; willingness to learn UX is required.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Experience in international and cross-functional projects.
  • Team player and willingness to work in virtual teams.
  • (Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
