Orderly/Receptionist (General Services and Infrastructure Unit)

Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is seeking a highly motivated and organized Orderly/Receptionist to join our General Services and Infrastructure Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our staff and visitors.
Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on providing excellent service
- Ability to perform tasks that require physical effort
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Experience as a receptionist or customer service representative
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Skills in teamwork, communication, proactivity, flexibility, and customer orientation
As an Orderly/Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our staff and visitors
- Performing tasks that require physical effort, such as lifting and moving equipment
- Assisting with laboratory sample storage and maintenance tasks
- Providing administrative support to the General Services and Infrastructure Unit
- Incorporation to Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR), a public sector institution that promotes and develops biomedical research, innovation, and teaching
