Job Summary

Santander Digital Services is seeking a highly experienced Retail & Commercial Project Management Lead to coordinate the implementation of Global Products across geographies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program technology leadership, Agile methodologies, and experience in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Global Products, both digital and assisted channels, across geographies.
  • Collaborate with business Product Owners, Technical Product Owners, Developers, and R&C teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Monitor project activities and timelines, reporting progress and identifying potential delays.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in program technology leadership for the banking sector.
  • Strong management and communication skills, with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Experience in Agile program management, including Solution PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and Annual Roadmaps.
