Key Responsibilities- Lead a commercial team to develop and implement the commercial strategy, achieving business goals and revenue targets.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and revenue streams, overseeing market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and manage the commercial budget, ensuring cost efficiency and financial performance, collaborating with the finance team to report on finance performance.
- Manage and optimise pricing strategies, promotions, and customer acquisition costs, monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.

- Demonstrable experience in a senior-level commercial or operational leadership role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving commercial objectives.

- Financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets and driving financial performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to chair and lead cross-functional working groups.
