The Role


As a Geophysicist in our exploration department, you'll play a critical role in discovering new uranium deposits. You'll work with industry-leading technology and methodologies to collect, interpret, and integrate geophysical and geological data. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions about our next discovery.



Your Responsibilities


You'll be part of an integrated project team, working under the direction of experienced geophysicists. Your tasks will include:



  • Collecting and integrating geophysical and geological data
  • Overseeing geophysical field programs in remote locations across northern Saskatchewan
  • Ensuring contractor compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality policies
  • Supporting project teams and assisting in the understanding of geophysical data


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you'll need:



  • Bachelor's degree in Geophysics or a related scientific field
  • Eligibility for registration as a Geoscientist-in-Training with APEGS
  • Writing and communication skills to ensure accurate reporting and presentation of results
  • A valid driver's license
