Job Title: AWS Backend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AWS Backend Developer to join our team at Omega CRM Consulting. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AWS-based solutions for handling consents, preferences, and exclusions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AWS-based solutions using Python and Terraform.
  • Support AWS infrastructure resource provisioning and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the AWS environment and provide guidance to other team members.
  • Maintain the AWS environment and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Implement monitoring and incident response mechanisms.
  • Handle daily support topics, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Manage technical demands using agile project management methodologies.
  • Configure CI/CD pipelines for automating release promotion.

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proactive, autonomous, transparent, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in English (Mandatory) and Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly in supporting infrastructure as code (via Terraform).
  • Proficient in Python programming and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with managing RDS PostgreSQL databases.
