Job Summary

As a Data and Connectivity Manager - CD at Fresenius Medical Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and security of our data and network infrastructures. This role involves developing and implementing secure data connectivity solutions to ensure efficient integration and bi-directional communication between referral hospitals and internal systems. You will ensure compliance with Spanish cybersecurity regulations for CD, in accordance with ENS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the execution and delivery of programs within budget and scope.
• Lead successive phases in a specific project, identifying internal people involved and roles.
• Launch new regional project proposals with referral hospitals.
• Identify potential interconnections between referral hospitals and clinics to define and involve stakeholders in specific new projects.
• Coordinate with the Nephrolink Team to connect potential hospitals with clinics.
• Coordinate between Referral and Euclid Team to maximize bi-directional communication (e.g., Lab analytics, patient history).
• Keep synergies with the IT hospital, Nephrolink Team, and Euclid as part of a common and holistic project.
• Assess proactive actions, providing ongoing maintenance and updates.

Requirements

• Engineer or technical degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the integration of health systems, project management, and technical implementations with HL7 V2.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software product testing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in user training and functional support.
