Job Description:
As a Reception Team Member at Accor Hotels, you will be the face of our establishment, extending a warm welcome to our guests and putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for creating a personalized experience for our guests, from the moment they arrive until they depart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests feel valued and respected.
- Be present and visible in the lobby, establishing a warm and personalized relationship with our guests.
- Anticipate guests' needs and take them into consideration, handling requests for information and providing answers.
- Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure that our guests are always looked after.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Customer Service experience.
- Positive problem-solving approach.
- Time-Keeping and Organized.
