About this Opportunity:

At Ericsson, we are seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer Team Lead to join our Product Development Unit for Packet Core (PDU PC).

The PDU PC is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Ericsson Packet Core portfolio, with a strong presence in 5 countries globally. As a key member of our team, you will drive strategic technical leadership and contribute to our thriving culture of innovation and constant improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in technical strategies for own product area and stay informed about industry practices and professional/technical development.
• Align technology strategies with product and technology development.
• Facilitate split of work and tasks to improve team productivity and KPI alignment (Quality, Lead Time, Predictability).
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities within team members and encourage solutions for barriers.

Requirements:

• Strong technical leadership skills and experience in software development.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to drive and coordinate development activities inside a multi-functional team.
• Proficiency in Google GCP, AWS Public Cloud, and Azure Public Cloud.

What You Will Do:

As a Senior Software Developer Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic technical leadership, participating in technical strategies, and aligning technology strategies with product and technology development. You will also facilitate the split of work and tasks to improve team productivity and KPI alignment, delegate tasks and responsibilities within team members, and encourage solutions for barriers.
