Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth operation of the food and beverage department, ensuring all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Take ownership of duties and tasks assigned, ensuring timely and professional completion.
- Contribute to departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to control costs and inventory, maintaining productivity and performance levels.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company culture and values.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, maintaining due diligence requirements and best practice activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
- A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
- Personal integrity and a strong work ethic, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
