The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Sales and Program Manager to lead our SSR-Assisted program. This program aims to provide account management support to Amazon Business customers via in-person calls, driving high-value actions and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Indirectly manage a team of sales agents globally
  • Define use cases and roadmap for the AB SSR-A program for new and existing customers
  • Report and optimize towards goals, priorities, and success metrics
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify new opportunities for customer engagement
  • Create content and build mechanisms to educate agents and customers on repeatable processes and effective change management
Requirements:
  • 6+ years' experience in project or program management, or related roles
  • Experience with SQL and ETL jobs, ability to generate insights from data
  • Strong bias for action and stakeholder management to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for analysis and related tools
