Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and follow-ups with patients to determine their specific needs for home-based respiratory therapies.
  • Provide clear and understandable support and education to patients and their families about their conditions and the management of respiratory therapies at home.
  • Monitor and adjust treatments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interventions and progress related to visits.
  • Ensure that the patient has all the necessary materials and equipment for their respiratory therapy.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to respiratory therapies or equipment.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Nursing.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in similar positions within the healthcare sector.
  • Communication skills to adapt to all types of patients.
  • A valid driver's license for at least two years and regular driving experience.
  • Be registered with the nursing association (a requirement for joining the position).
  • Up-to-date digital skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and tools.
