Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

To provide exceptional customer service by attending to service calls within 2 hours and monitoring the performance of assigned machines.

Account Management:

Regular visits to assigned accounts to assess and recommend replacements or upgrades based on machine performance and usage.

Sales and Support:

Offering spare parts for outright purchase machines and providing technical support to ensure optimal machine performance.

Qualifications:

Preferably Electrical Engineer, Electronics & Communication Engineer, or Computer Engineer with good communication skills and willingness to do field work.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday.
