The Group, M&E Trainee supports the strategic plans and objectives of the Cluster M&E Department. This role is responsible for ensuring all enquiries are answered to the highest standards, delivering quality results, and acting as an ambassador for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all enquiries are answered within the agreed time frame, delivering exceptional client and guest experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
- Support and deliver on the strategies and objectives of the meetings & events department, taking ownership for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Develop and build own skills, knowledge, and experience within the meetings & events department, aligning with the culture of growth, development, and performance expected by the company.
- Provide detailed communication lines between the Hotel team, General Managers, Sales, and Revenue Centre for enquiry transition and escalation.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships, communicating with key stakeholders while promoting the company culture and values.
- Ensure adherence to all legislation, performing follow-up as required.
Requirements
- Being enrolled in a school/university program.
- Being eligible to sign an internship agreement with a school/university.
- Fluent in German and English.
