European Amazon Sales Manager

The role of European Amazon Sales Manager is a critical position that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage TCL's sales strategy across various European countries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships with Amazon middle and high-level management, as well as brand personnel.
  • Familiarize yourself with Amazon's internal operation mechanism and improve your understanding of Amazon's rules to formulate the most favorable strategy for the brand.
  • Be responsible for daily docking with Amazon Vendor Managers, handle price follow-up, platform operation, logistics, inventory, advertising, etc., and promote rapid response and solution.
  • Formulate and implement the overall sales strategy of TCL TV's internal coordination of e-commerce sales managers and operation managers in various countries.
  • Coordinate marketing resources (such as large-scale promotional activities, advertising resources, brand exposure, etc.) to improve sales and brand influence.
  • Analyze sales data, traffic, conversion rate, and advertising effect of each site, and continuously optimize operation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive dynamics, and provide forward-looking business strategy suggestions.
  • Manage sales budgets, profits, and costs of pan-European Amazon business, and promote healthy and sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce GTM, Amazon customer sales or operation, preferably with a background in the European market.
  • Familiarity with Amazon A9 algorithm, PPC advertising, FBA/FBM logistics, inventory management, and ability to formulate refined operation strategies.
  • Experience in supply chain management, including procurement, inventory, and logistics optimization.
  • Strong financial thinking and decision-making skills based on cost, gross profit, ROI, and other indicators.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate independently with teams, customers, and supply chain partners in the European market.
  • Data analysis skills to drive business optimization and growth through data-driven insights.
  • Ability to work abroad and adapt to changing market conditions.
