Responsibilities:- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of our design system, including component libraries, guidelines, and templates.
- Collaborate with Experience Architects, Experience Designers, and Design Technologists to design and update components.
- Produce detailed hand-off documentation for development.
- Ensure the Figma library is up-to-date and built with best practices.
- Explore and validate solutions by creating/modifying prototypes for user testing.
- Collaborate with the Accessibility Lead to ensure accessibility standards are implemented and tested.
- Minimum 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong grasp of UI, HCI, and UX principles.
- Understanding of best practices for mobile, web-based, and responsive design.
- Experience with component-based design and design systems.
- Familiarity with G-suite products and professional collaboration tools.
- Experience working with Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX skills and experience with design systems.
