Job Title: F&B InternJob Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Intern to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou. As an F&B Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, working closely with our Restaurant Manager and team to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the barback team to ensure smooth service and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, and overall restaurant operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Hospitality Management.
  • Fluency in local language and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
